3rd Joint Call for Transnational
RDD Projects on Smart Grids
Call Text Document
European Research RDD consortia are invited to submit Project Proposals by November 14, 2017. Find further Details in our Call Text Document and our 3rd Call Announcement.
Proposals shall be submitted via the ERA-Net Smart Grids Plus Electronic Submission System by 14 November, 2017, 14:00 (CET).
Please note that some national/regional agencies may require additional documentation from the Project Partners according to national/regional regulations. These should not be submitted in the central ERA-Net Smart Grids Plus Electronic Submission System, but directly to the relevant funding agency through their national/regional submission System (if applicable). The overall goal of ERA-Net Smart Grids Plus is to support deep knowledge sharing between European smart grids initiatives by promoting and financing joint projects.
Who can apply?
The following eligibility criteria will apply for project proposals:
- The project must be transnational by nature, involving at least two independent entities and at least two different countries of the ERA-Net Smart Grids Plus partners.
- The project must submit a full project proposal, adhering to both the ERA-Net Smart Grids Plus initiative’s and the involved national/regional funding agencies’ requirements.
Please note that individual funding agencies may define further specifications and eligibility criteria according to national/regional regulations. We will publish the complete set of national/regional requirements in the call text document.
14 Sep. 2017: Call launch
3-5 Oct. 2017: Call Launch Event (Amsterdam, Netherlands)
5 Oct. 2017: Matchmaking Event (Amsterdam, Netherlands)
14 Sep. - 14 Nov. 2017: Compulsory advisory period
14 Nov. 2017 (14:00 CET): Project proposal deadline
1 July - 1 Dec. 2018: Expected project start
